Lakeside Storage Suites Man Caves Coming

In partnership with Hardy Development Group, Allan Development Group, LLC is building nearly 80,000sf of mancave-style storage units in Southwest Florida with Lakeside Storage Suites at ITEC.

The man caves sell for $185 per square foot and are customizable, temperature- and humidity-controlled storage units that offer owners a place to relax or socialize outside their homes.

The condos are also ideal for storing exotic and vintage cars, class-A recreational vehicles, boats, recreational watercraft, memorabilia, or family heirlooms. Second-story mezzanine space can be added for entertaining and other activities.

Scott Allan, the owner of Allen Development Group, created the luxurious storage facility on Old South Way in south Fort Myers, selling 68 units in less than two years. A key to sales is the surge of people moving to Florida from northern states with possessions that most Florida homes can’t accommodate because of smaller lots and limited garage space.
