Ave Maria Development is booming with demand for office and retail space, along with the master-planned community’s record-breaking new home sales. New commercial additions to the community include Loyola Professional Suites, a new flex commercial building in the Ave Maria Park of Commerce, and several new businesses in the Ave Maria Town Center.
The Loyola Professional Suites opened in July and included 13 executive suites ranging from 120sf to 250sf. Seventy-five percent of the suites have been leased by various businesses, including a marketing firm, an attorney, a logistics office, and an IT company. Amenities include a lobby, two conference rooms, open space, lounge seating, and a kitchen area with coffee service.
Ave Maria Development is currently building a 20,000sf industrial flex center in the Ave Maria Park of Commerce. The project should be completed in the first quarter of 2022. The center includes retail frontage with roll-up bay doors in the rear, making the layout ideal for many businesses desiring multi-purpose space.
Additionally, there’s been an influx of locally-owned retail businesses opening and expanding in the Ave Maria Town Center. The open-air walkable retail plaza spans over 100,000sf and is the hub of the community, with more than 30 merchants, including restaurants, shops, and services.
