Seagate Purchases Land for Over $2.7 Million

Seagate Development Group has purchased 9.71 acres from Harvey B. Youngquist at 16542 Oriole Road in Fort Myers for $2,760,615. Seagate has begun developing a 45,000sf facility on the parcel for national building supplier White Cap Construction Supply.
The facility includes office space, an open-area conference room and breakroom, a showroom and a 32,990sf warehouse. An 18,000sf steel fabrication building features an overhead crane and steel-bending machines. The project is adjacent to Alico Trade Center, also being built by Seagate, with leasing and sales by Lee & Associates. PDS Architecture is the exclusive architect.
