Seagate Expanding Norman Love’s Space

Seagate Development Group is expanding packing, fulfillment and warehouse space for Norman Love Confections on Westlinks Drive in Fort Myers.

This 19,200sf facility will cover four units to accommodate Norman Love’s future growth. The project includes electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC components, refrigeration, metal framing and restaurant-kitchen-grade ceilings.

These factory-style units are projected to be complete next month – ahead of schedule and just in time for the beginning of Norman Love’s Christmas production.
