Jamie C. Crofoot has joined Sheeley Architects, Inc., in Fort Myers as an intern architect.
In addition to a Master of Architecture, Crofoot has a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Miami. She is registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is working towards her licensure in architecture. Previously, Crofoot worked with the City of Sanibel and the Sater Group.
Earlier this year, the firm hired Carlos Cardet as a project manager. Cardet has lived and worked in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in construction, architectural design, space planning and land planning. During that time, he has worked on a variety of projects including production and custom residential, multifamily, high-rise, hospitality, commercial and health care facilities.
Originally from Miami , Car los speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently. He is an alumnus of Miami-Dade Community College and Florida International University, where he earned degrees in architectural studies and fine arts.
