Tarpon Blue Acquires Naples Real Estate Company

Tarpon Blue Companies has acquired Collier Enter­prises Management for an undisclosed sum after CEM shareholders agreed to the sale.

Tarpon Blue is a family of companies that acquire and man­age agricultural, development and natural resource assets across the U.S.Collier Enterprises manages a broad range of businesses engaged in real estate investment and development, agriculture and private equity investments. Following the transaction, own­ership of Collier Enterprises passed to Tarpon Blue while Col­lier Enterprises’ management, operations and corporate entities remain in place.
