LSI Launches Pre-Sale for Luxury Storage Center

LSI Companies, Inc. is launching Sanibel Toy Box to market, a luxury storage center just off the Sanibel Causeway that is engineered to withstand the elements.

The 55,000sf facility features 44 custom luxury storage units designed for boats, automobiles and RVs. Each element of the design exceeds the highest performance standards for wind and impact ratings, and the project aims to achieve a High Protected Risk (HPR) rating. The facility offers safety and security features, remote climate control, and concrete and masonry construction. Doors and windows will be built to meet or exceed 170 mph winds, and the elevation exceeds FEMA requirements by 1 foot – higher than water levels during Hurricane Ian’s peak storm surge.

Prices start at $400 per square foot, and 19 units ranging from 1,100sf to 1,500sf are currently available for pre-sale. Construction is estimated to start in the first quarter of 2023 and be completed in early 2024.
