Seagate Development Group has begun vertical construction on a 25,000sf warehouse and office for Trend Moving & Storage at Alico Trade Center. This project will accompany design-build facilities like Rice Insulation & Glass and California Closets in Seagate’s Class-A business park just north of Alico Road at I-75.
More than 60 team members will utilize the single-story, mixed-use building for administrative work and storage. They are expected to move into the space by the third quarter of 2023.
Earth Tech Enterprises, a Seagate company, is the site contractor for Trend Moving & Storage, while Quattrone & Associates is the civil engineer. The design of this facility is by PDS Architecture.
