Mayhugh Leasing Shops in Heart of Cape Coral

Mayhugh Commercial Advisors secured the leasing for a new 30,000sf retail project in the heart of Cape Coral’s commercial corridor.

The Shops at Del Mar will consist of four single-story buildings with more than 370 feet of frontage on the heav­ily traveled Pine Island Road corridor. The shopping center also offers a drive-through unit, ample parking and easy access at the intersection of SW Pine Island Road and SW 10th Place near Skyline Boulevard.

Currently under construction, the new retail center is scheduled to break ground this summer, with an antici­pated fall 2024 completion date. Indi­vidual units are available from 1,500sf to 19,000sf at a location where daily traffic counts exceed 40,000 vehicles.
