PBS Contractors has added Zig Piwowarski as vice president of construction and promoted Edward Arnolde to vice president of field operations.
Piwowarski manages and coordinates activities of the project management team, oversees the pre-construction process from initial client contact through contract, and monitors project budgets and progress through project completions and close-outs.
He has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years, including the last decade in leadership roles providing strategic vision, direction and management to help companies successfully grow their businesses. Piwowarski earned an applied science degree in computer-aided drafting from ITT Technical Institute.
Arnolde, who was a senior field manager, is now responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of on-site construction with senior field managers, field managers and assistant field managers, in addition to developing and monitoring construction standards for operations and safety, and establishing project schedules and production capacity.
He started in the construction industry as a carpenter, quickly working his way up the ladder to foreman, general superintendent and ultimately vice president of operations. Arnolde has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry in both commercial and residential projects.
