Owen-Ames-Kimball Promotes Senior Staffer

Owen‑Ames‑Kimball Company (O‑A‑K) promoted Alesha Watchowski to director of operations, a role in which she coordinates training and procedural processes for the company. She joined O-A-K in 2014 as a project manager assistant and was promoted to project manager in 2017. In 2022, she was named senior project manager.
While at O-A-K, Watchowski has been responsible for high-profile projects for the School District of Lee County, including the $46 million Amanecer Elementary School in Lehigh Acres, the $34 million Lehigh Acres Middle School and the $6 million Fort Myers High School HVAC renovations. Other projects include The Fort Myers Broadcasting Company newsroom remodeling and Rasmussen University interior renovation.
Watchowski, an O-A-K shareholder, earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in civil engineering technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Ferris State University.
