GCG Construction Completes Renovation for Boat Dealer

GCG Construction completed a post-Hurricane Ian renovation of MarineMax Naples to enhance the boat dealer’s resilience and functionality. The 13,418sf project included remediation and enhancement of fire, electrical and HVAC systems, as well as installation of durable, luxury vinyl flooring. Functional enhancements included the integration of eight glass cubicles within the sales area, offering a blend of privacy and openness, while seven glass partition offices were added to the parts and service section. Two reception desks are strategically positioned to optimize both sales and parts/service zones.
