Stevens Construction Completes Coconut Point Ford

Stevens Construction has completed construction of a new 13,477sf building for Coconut Point Ford, located at 22400 S. Tamiami Trail in Estero.

With 18 service bays, the new building supports Coconut Ford’s growing commercial vehicle market and is expected to reduce wait time on service appointments. Housing a parts counter, waiting room with beverage bar and restrooms, the building also includes a mezzanine with a freight elevator for convenient transport of parts. To complement the existing Coconut Point Ford campus, the building has a stucco exterior, custom metal awnings and enhanced landscaping.

Delivered as scheduled in 10 months and under budget, the project occurred while Coconut Point Ford remained operational. The Stevens Construction team includes Project Manager Mike Alisea, Superintendent Joey Gill and Project Administrator Angie Sugg. The project was designed by Studio AD Architect.
