In a move set to significantly enhance health care accessibility for Lee County residents, Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida have acquired a new headquarters campus through a $15.5 million transaction. The acquisition includes two buildings totaling 81,941sf at 2234- 2270 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL.

The organization’s vision of “improving patient outcomes through accessible health care” will be significantly advanced through this centralized hub.

This move strengthens the organization’s ability to grow and meet the region’s expanding health care needs, while ensuring access for all community members. This includes medically underserved populations, such as migratory agricultural worker families, homeless individuals and other special populations who require health care services.

Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Wood of LQ Commercial represented the seller, along with John Heald of CBRE. Andrew Saluan of AJS Realty Group represented the buyer. This transaction marks the largest office sale by size in Southwest Florida so far this year.
