GCG Construction Acquires Commercial Development Contract

GCG Construction, Inc. has been awarded the construction contract for a new commercial development at 924 Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. The plaza will bring a blend of innovative design and future growth potential to the area.

The project, a single-story, 3,900sf building, will feature contemporary architectural elements designed by GMA Architects and Planners. The building will accommodate two tenants, with Cali Coffee, a highly anticipated coffee brand, confirmed to occupy 1,500sf of the space. The remaining 2,400sf will be prepared as a grey shell, allowing flexibility for a future tenant to tailor the space to their specific needs. The site has been strategically planned by Avalon Engineering to enhance visibility.
