AJS Realty Adds Property Manager

Michael Cassin, CAM, has joined AJS Realty Group as a property manager fo­cused on asset man­agement. In this role, Cassin is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of assigned properties across Southwest Florida, including maintenance and repair, tenant and owner relations, bud­geting, monthly financial reporting and capital planning. Cassin also handles tenant leases and requests, maintenance and service contracts, customer service, accounting and financial performance.

Previously, Cassin was a property manager for a commercial property management company, where his re­sponsibilities included property inspec­tions and reporting, vendor management, budgeting assistance and reconciliation assistance. He started at the firm as a part-time filing clerk while in high school before holding full-time roles as an accounting assistant, property manage­ment coordinator and property manager. Cassin earned his Community Associa­tion Manager (CAM) license in 2021.
