AJS Realty Group Welcomes Hamish Williams

Hamish Williams has joined AJS Realty Group in Naples as senior vice president. In this role, he provides brokerage services across a variety of product types.

Williams has more than 27 years of real estate experience in the U.S. and Europe, most recently at Equity, LLC in Naples. As a manager-broker for the commercial firm, he helped establish and grow Equity’s Florida offices, and also worked in a transactional role. Williams first came to the market in 2011, when he joined CBRE – SWFL (now CRE Consultants).

Williams specializes in healthcare, office, industrial, retail and hospitality sales and leasing with an emphasis on 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges.

For more than 25 years, AJS Realty has provided leasing services to property owners and tenants, as well as acquisition and sales services for diverse commercial property types.
