AJS Realty Negotiates Significant Retail, Restaurant Sales in Estero

The Shoppes at Coconut Point in Estero has been purchased by Lee Health for $3.75 million. The 25,000sf retail/office building is at the south end of Coconut Point, a 485-acre mixed use development, and is currently occupied by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Tijuana Flats.

Andrew Saluan, owner and managing broker of AJS Realty Group, Inc., represented the seller in the transaction.

“The Shoppes at Coconut Point was an attractive investment property to many interested parties, but ultimately, Lee Health, which has a beautiful new facility directly adjoining this property, was the most logical buyer to add to the Lee Health Coconut Point Health and Wellness Campus,” said Saluan.

In another Estero transaction, Saluan participated in the sale of a Perkins restaurant outparcel for $2.15 million. The building is located at 20320 Grande Oak Shoppes Boulevard and currently is occupied by Perkins. Saluan represented the seller.
