Brokers with Lee & Associates have completed the $5.5 million sale of a 53,880sf, single-tenant, industrial building on five acres at 8030 Supply Drive in Fort Myers.

Built in 2009, the industrial facility has 370 feet of frontage on Alico Road and dual entrances on Supply Drive. Features of the tilt wall structure include 30-foot clear ceiling height, 10 grade-level doors, eight dock-high doors and a 6,600sf office.
