Aloia Roland Hires Associate Attorney Kirsten Petruzelli

Lifelong Cape Coral r e s i d e n t Kirsten Petruzelli has joined the law firm Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC as an associate attorney. She focuses on real estate and commercial litigation.

Petruzelli is a member of the Real Property and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar. She received her Juris Doctor from the Ave Maria School of Law in 2023 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies and Associate of Science degree in paralegal studies from Hodges University.

Previously, Petruzelli was a law clerk at Aloia Roland, intern to a construction litigation attorney at Cleveland Construction, law clerk at Davies & Duke, PLLC and intern to the general counsel at London Bay Homes. She also has an extensive background in real estate as a licensed title insurance agent and working at Cape Coral Title Insurance Agency as closing officer and marketing director.
