Barron Collier Purchases Park Shore Parcel

Barron Collier Companies has purchased the commercial parcel and building at 4099 Tamiami Trail North in Naples.

The four-story building, built in 1976, contains more than 38,000sf of commercial space and abundant parking at a high-profile intersection in the Park Shore neighborhood. “We believe the building is in a great location and our immediate intentions include renovations to the exterior, new signage and other cosmetic enhancements,” says Blake Gable, company co-president.

Current tenants include Central Bank, Vogel Law Firm and Clifton Larson Allen, among others. Leasing opportunities are available.
