Bell Tower has hired James Brennan as general manager for the landmark shopping, dining and entertainment destination in Fort Myers.
With more than 25 years of retail real estate experience, Brennan’s previous responsibilities included overseeing millions of square feet of open-air lifestyle, regional shopping centers and other commercial real estate projects nationwide. He previously held executive-level positions with Vestar and Simon Property Group, among other real estate and development organizations.
