Bell Tower Shops Sign Four Retail Tenants

Four new businesses recently opened in Bell Tower Shops at the corner of U.S. 41 and Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers.
• Matinique Bakery Café, a gourmet bakery and café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to a variety of fresh baked goods and pastries, it also serves Lavazza Italian coffee.
• Subtle and Chic Boutique offers a wide selection of modern and affordable clothing for women of all ages.
• Art the Wall contains a collection of pictures, abstract art, contemporary coastal modern art and mirrors designed to complement any décor. Custom frames also are available.
• Three Dog Bakery caters to canines with freshly-baked treats made from healthy, wholesome ingredients.

The four new tenants join Burntwood Tavern, Stogie Pairing, Artsemble Underground, and CycleBar, continuing Bell Tower’s expansion in 2021.

“We have added a number of new tenants very quickly over the past six months, an astounding accomplishment coming out of a year like 2020 that was so difficult for retail nationwide,” says Samantha Lillard, assistant vice president for Madison Marquette, the real estate investor, developer and service provider that owns the shopping center.

Bell Tower also recently launched a brand-new initiative called Pop Up & Grow, which enables local businesses and entrepreneurs to temporarily expand their reach into a brick-and-mortar space. The Pop Up & Grow format offers leases as short as two days or as long as a year, with spaces available in various sizes.
