B&I Contractors Promotes Karen Dugas

B&I Contrac­tors promoted Karen Duga s , who has worked at the company since 2019, to director of marketing. She is responsible for oversight and im­plementation of B&I Contractors’ overall strategic marketing initiatives, which include employee, customer and community engagement opportunities across all geographic regions.

Dugas previously was responsible for employee engagement and community engagement in Southwest Florida.
