Cintiha “Cyn” Manzano has joined Blue Waters De­velopment Group as executive assis­tant responsible for managing schedules and communica­tions of key com­pany executives, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and com­munication.

Manzano, who is bilingual and has more than two decades of experience in the commercial legal industry, received a bachelor’s degree in administration and organizational leadership from Barry University.
