• Conrado Ayala: an 0.82-acre commercial parcel at 1519 Gretchen Ave. S. in Lehigh Acres from Cottonball, LLC for $175,000. The property will be used to expand Ayala’s existing business and for additional parking.

• Tarpon Investors, LLC: Two light industrial buildings totaling 7,550sf at 6281-6291Metro Plantation Road in Fort Myers from Metro Plantation, LLC for $725,000. The owner will occupy the front building and the rear building will be used as a rental. Jim Boback represented the seller.
