
Bonita Fish Company Welcomes Kitchen Manager

HM Restaurant Group has named local executive chef Jon-Michael Comly as kitchen manager for Bonita Fish Company, opening this fall on Fort Myers Beach. A seasoned Southwest Florida chef, Comly has led kitchens at The Jac on Sanibel Island, Spirit of Bacchus in Fort Myers and the Wyvern Hotel in Punta Gorda.
Comly joins a strong leadership team that includes General Manager Krystian Martinez, Private Events Manager Joe Sletten, Culinary Director Chas Tatigian and Executive Chef Brian O’Brien. The 300-seat waterfront restaurant will feature coastalinspired seafood dishes, a vibrant center bar, live entertainment and views of Matanzas Pass, along with a floating dock marina offering 30 slips for boat-in dining.
Located next door, Bayside Private Events provides a stylish indoor-outdoor venue for up to 150 guests.
