Corporate Investment Business Brokers (CIBB), a Southwest Florida business brokerage firm, has relocated to a larger office space adjacent to its sister company, CRE Commercial Group, formerly CRE Consultants.
Founded in 1986, CIBB has facilitated more than $1 billion in business sales transactions throughout Florida, specializing in confidential business sales and acquisitions. The firm has assisted buyers and sellers in a wide range of industries, including retail, restaurants, service businesses, distribution companies and trade-related firms.
According to Broker and Owner Dan Smith, the expansion reflects continued business growth in Southwest Florida and will enhance collaboration between CIBB and CRE Commercial Group while allowing both companies to better serve their clients.
The two firms will continue operating as separate entities while maintaining a collaborative relationship.
