The Fort Myers Lee & Associates Industrial team has broken ground for the Oriole Logistics Center, a Class A industrial development in Fort Myers. Strategically located in the high-demand Alico Parkway submarket, just minutes from I-75, the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will consist of three dock-high buildings: one at 136,000sf and two at 153,000sf.

Building 1 will offer units starting at 24,000sf, featuring up to eight dock doors and a drive-in ramp. Buildings 2 and 3 will provide units beginning at 27,000sf and offer up to eight dock doors and a drive-in ramp.
