CarbonSix Construction Breaks Ground on Drive-Thru Coffee Shop

CarbonSix Construction has begun construction on the second Roadies Pit Stop Coffee & Performance Drinks location at 16938 Vintage Commerce Blvd. in South Fort Myers.

The project includes a 700sf prefabricated building that will be delivered in two sections and assembled on-site. The prefabricated construction process is designed to shorten the building schedule, with completion expected within approximately three months.

CarbonSix Construction is the general contractor and will oversee the building assembly, site work and interior finishes.

The new Roadies Pit Stop will be located next to The Centro Apartments and near TownePlace Suites. The site is east of Interstate 75 in a growing area that includes apartment communities, hotels, retail developments, industrial businesses and housing serving Florida Gulf Coast University.

The location is expected to serve nearby residents, students, hotel guests, commuters and employees working in the surrounding business corridor.

Roadies Pit Stop is a triple-lane drivethru coffee concept offering specialty coffees, teas and RPM, the company’s line of performance drinks. The concept is designed to provide high-volume, drivethru service in a compact building format.
