CarbonSix Construction has welcomed Ann Cemer as senior project manager. With 30 years of experience across commercial and residential construction, Cemer will oversee projects from start to finish, strengthening client, trade and professional relationships throughout Southwest Florida. She holds certifications including Construction Renovator, Stormwater Management Inspector, Healthcare Construction and OSHA, and has been recognized with Sand Dollar Awards for her work on major commercial projects.

The company recently partnered with Gulf Coast Humane Society (GCHS) in Fort Myers for a major exterior renovation, funded by a matching City of Fort Myers CRA grant. The improvements include structural repairs, exterior painting, new irrigation and sod, concrete enhancements, fencing upgrades, and landscaping, revitalizing spaces across adoption, administrative and clinic areas. CarbonSix is proud to support GCHS in creating a safe, welcoming environment for pets and the community.

CarbonSix has also begun office renovations and a bathroom addition for UES Professional Solutions in Lehigh Acres. The 4,196 sq. ft. project modernizes the workspace with upgraded finishes, a new restroom and enhanced HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

In Bonita Springs, CarbonSix started the first phase of a two-story pool house for Bonita Beach Club, a premier coastal community. Designed by Daniel Corbin at CB Architects, the building will include showers, restrooms, storage, and an upper-level gathering area for community events. Structural highlights include concrete block and precast construction, a standing seam aluminum roof, waterproofing systems, and a wheelchair lift for ADA compliance, with high-end finishes and energy-efficient lighting throughout.

CarbonSix Construction emphasizes precision, sustainability, and long-term value. By integrating modern design solutions, energy-efficient systems, and durable materials, the company creates functional, visually striking spaces that enhance Southwest Florida neighborhoods and support local communities.

Based in Bonita Springs, CarbonSix specializes in commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, and ground-up developments, delivering construction solutions with integrity, collaboration, and lasting impact. For more information contact Carbonsix.com.
