CBRE has opened a new office in Fort Myers, reinforcing its commitment to the growing Southwest Florida market and bringing its global resources closer to regional clients.
Seven brokerage professionals will be based at 13350 Metro Parkway, Suite 210, in south Fort Myers:
Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, executive vice president, brings more than 20 years of experience, providing sales and leasing services across all property sectors. He is also global president of the CCIM Institute.
Derek Bornhorst, CCIM, senior vice president, industrial and logistics, has more than two decades of experience specializing in industrial leasing and sales.
Patrick Fraley, CCIM, senior vice president, has over 19 years of experience in office, retail and mixed-use leasing.
Jim Shiebler, CCIM, senior vice president, specializes in investment sales of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased restaurants across Florida and the Southeast.
Adam Bornhorst, vice president, industrial and logistics, has more than 12 years of experience in industrial sales and leasing.
Steve Wood, senior associate, focuses on office leasing and investment sales with more than 20 years of market experience.
Edward Larsen, associate, specializes in office and industrial leasing with more than five years of experience.
The 3,512sf office, located at Metro Parkway and Daniels Parkway, is designed to support future growth and serve as a hub for clients across the region.
