


CBRE Group, Inc. has arranged $45 million in construction financing for the development of Oriole Logistics, a 442,000sf, Class A industrial property in Fort Myers.
CBRE’s Billy Mork, Joel Torborg and Mike Vannelli of CBRE Capital Markets’ debt and structured finance team in Minneapolis secured the loan on behalf of owner and developer, Capital Partners. Oriole Logistics marks the third industrial development for the Minnesota-based real estate developer in South Florida since 2023.
Oriole Logistics is located at 16815 Oriole Road, in close proximity to Interstate 75 and minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport, which is currently in its second phase of a three-year, $1.07 billion terminal expansion. Once completed, the threebuilding portfolio will feature 84 dock doors, 28-32-foot clear heights and a 580-stall parking lot.
Construction on Oriole Logistics broke ground in April 2025.
