CenterLinks Business Park Recent Groundbreaking

McGarvey Development recently broke ground at CenterLinks Busi­ness Park at Three Oaks in Fort Myers with approximately 80,000sf of leasable space available the first quarter of 2021. This initial phase will consist of two dock-high-loading flex buildings of 37,700sf and 50,520sf which includes office and industrial space. Upon completion in about five years, the first building will be 120 feet deep and the second building will be 160 feet deep with 40-foot-wide bays. Building #1 has approximately 20,000sf preleased.
