Chicken Salad Chick Highlights Summer Menu
Chicken Salad Chick is featuring limited-time summer menu items and celebrating the inaugural National Chicken Salad Day at its Southwest Florida locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero and Port Charlotte.
The seasonal menu includes the new Maui mama melt, featuring chicken salad with pineapple, bacon and jalapeños, topped with melted cheddar cheese and bacon strips on a toasted croissant. Additional summer offerings include peach tea, red velvet cake, and creamy chicken and wild rice soup.
On July 16, Chicken Salad Chick will celebrate the first National Chicken Salad Day, which will be observed annually on the third Thursday of July.
