Coastal Clubhouse Completed on Bonita Beach

Curran Young Construction completed Commons Club Beach Club, a three-story, groundup concrete clubhouse built directly on Bonita Beach to provide members with an elevated waterfront experience.

The 13,446sf clubhouse offers upgraded coastal amenities and enhances the club’s presence along one of Southwest Florida’s most scenic stretches of shoreline. Designed to immerse members in the beach environment, the new facility features pristine wood finishes, openair spaces and unobstructed views of the gulf. The club includes two grill areas, a bar, restrooms and shaded gathering areas, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor socializing and relaxation.

Positioned just steps from the sand, the Commons Club Beach Club provides conveniences that enhance the overall beach experience, including umbrellas, chairs and shaded pavilions. Its design and amenities create a modern, breezy environment that complements the natural beauty of Bonita Beach.
