Coconut Plantation Building Underway in Bonita

GATE S Construction has been selected to build Coconut Plantation, a new building at Hyatt Residence Club Bonita Springs.
The three-story structure will be built over covered parking and will mirror other buildings in the Residence Club, which operates much like a timeshare. When completed, Coconut Plantation will contain 24 studio, oneand two-bedroom units with private balconies overlooking the Raptor Bay Golf Course.
The Residence Club and golf course are north of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa, which boasts numerous world-class amenities. It is also convenient to Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center and Miromar Outlets.
