Colfax Realty Developing Two Projects in SWFL

Coral Gables-based Colfax Realty International has announced its latest projects, Alico L7 Plaza and Estero Plaza, in south Lee County.

Alico L7 Plaza will have 19 retail units, averaging 1,500sf and offering maximum exposure to a diverse range of local busi­nesses. In the two months after launching, 35% of the units were already sold.

Estero Plaza offers 8,500sf of leas­able retail space for up to five individual units. It will feature modern design and a prime location in Estero.
