Andrew Green, an associate with Colliers International in Fort Myers, has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. As such, he joins an elite, global community of 22,000 recognized experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry and becomes the youngest in the Fort Myers office to obtain the designation.

“We are very proud to congratulate Andrew on achieving his CCIM designation,” said Jim Garinger, CCIM, SIOR, executive managing director of Colliers International Southwest Florida. “Not many commercial brokers are able to obtain this designation, let alone by their midtwenties.”

To earn the CCIM designation, applicants must have worked in the commercial real estate industry for at least two years, submit a portfolio of qualifying experience to demonstrate their expertise, complete rigorous educational courses and pass a twoday exam.

Green joined Colliers in 2015 as a market analyst and specializes in industrial owner services, multi-family investments and land properties in Southwest Florida. He has extensive experience in market research, financial analysis, site selection and marketing strategies.

He says the idea of being in commercial real estate’s top one percent motivated him to become a CCIM. “I wanted to have the additional education to further my career, build lasting relationships with my colleagues and be a valuable resource within my community,” Green adds.
