Colliers International recently acquired Colliers International Tampa Bay, Central & Southwest Florida. With 165 professionals in offices in Tampa, Clearwater, Orlando and Ft. Myers, the firm provides a full range of services including investment sales, lease brokerage, capital markets, valuation, and advisory and property management to local, regional, national and international clients.
The acquisition integrates Colliers’ Gulf coast operations with its east coast operations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
