Colliers International Negotiates Sale of High-Profile Fort Myers Retail Center

Karen Johnson-Crowther and Dannielle Robinson-Crowther of Colliers International Southwest Florida negotiated the sale of Shops at Jamaica Bay in south Fort Myers recently.

Central Line Properties paid $4.15 million for the 20,632sf shopping center, located at 15245 Tamiami Trail. Karen and Dannielle represented the seller, Orbis Properties.

• Optimus Construction, LLC: A 10,960sf industrial property at 15834 Brothers Court in Fort Myers from Benchmark Properties, LLC. (Jim Garinger, SIOR, CCIM, represented the landlord.)
