Commercial General Contractor Announces Project Completions

Vantage Construction Services, LLC, a Florida commercial general contractor, has completed the Common Ground Park in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers off First Street.

The elements for the park include permanent seating, a pet water fountain, and the ability to hold special events or temporary vendors. The park also incor­porates decorative architecture, shaded green space with palms and plantings, and the mural along the Franklin Shops.

Vantage has also successfully con­structed the construction of the new LeeTran transportation facility in Le­high Acres, providing improved access and accommodations for the transporta­tion needs of this growing community.

The completed facility includes four bus bays, parking areas, bicycle storage, restrooms, a covered waiting area and technology-driven amenities. Addition­ally, this location is positioned to serve as the future hub for the Lehigh Acres Mobility-on-Demand service.

Strategically located adjacent to the expanding Lehigh Acres Community Park and near a proposed library, the facility enhances connectivity and con­venience for local residents. This project aligns with the goals outlined in LeeT­ran’s 2021–2030 Transit Development Plan, supporting the continued devel­opment and modernization of public transportation throughout Lee County.

Also completed was the demolition and tenant buildout of Clean Eatz, lo­cated at 18011 S. Tamiami Trail, C3, in Fort Myers. The elements for the build out included an open kitchen design, dining area, LED lighting, concrete flooring, public restrooms and back office and storage. These elements are designed to create a welcoming and efficient environment that aligns with Clean Eatz’s commitment to promoting healthy living.
