Commercial Management of Naples Expands Ownership

Darren DiFilippo and Craig Ekonomos of DiFilippo Real Estate Group, LLC, have purchased an ownership interest in Commercial Management of Naples, Inc. (CMI).

Dean Prevolos established the fullservice commercial property management, leasing and brokerage agency in 1992. The newly-expanded entity will continue to operate under the CMI umbrella from the firm’s current location in Heritage Court, just south of Pine Ridge Road in Naples.

Ekonomos’s 20-year career in Southwest Florida real estate includes working with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation and Benderson Development, among others. As a broker, DiFilippo established the DiFilippo Real Estate Group, LLC, to meet the demand for commercial and residential projects in this market.

Together with Prevolos, they offer a full menu of commercial real estate services for owners and buyers including market analysis, sales, property management reporting, state-of-the-art tenant/property information and complete lease negotiation. CMI also provides support and office maintenance services to tenants.
