A native of Hatfield, PA, MacDonald earned a B.S. in marketing with a minor in nutrition from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She began working at CPSWFL last July as an intern while studying for her Florida real estate license, which she now holds.
Also, Gretchen W. Smith has been named Associate Director/Research. She joined the company in May 2015 and has nine years of commercial real estate experience. In addition to working as a broker associate, her background includes property management and general management.
Smith, a native of Long Branch, NJ, has been a resident of Southwest Florida for 10 years. She holds a B.S. in management from Kean University and is a Florida-licensed real estate broker.
