CRE Completes $43+ Million Office Portfolio Sale

Randal Mercer and Brandon Stoneburner of CRE Consultants negotiated the fourth-quarter sale of an office portfolio containing three prominent properties in south Lee County.

Brookwood Financial, a Massachusetts private equity real estate investment firm, paid $43,150,00 for the trio of office campuses in its first Southwest Florida office acquisition.

The 421,324sf Class-A office portfolio includes 15 buildings in three locations. The sale was a triple-net investment deal with the bulk of square footage located in Riverview Corporate Center and Bonita Executive Center, both in Bonita Springs. The third asset is Renaissance Center, located near Daniels Parkway and I-75 in south Fort Myers.

According to Mercer, the portfolio represented a rare, strategic opportunity for Brookwood Financial to acquire three of the market’s “landmark office assets,” all of which have a history of strong tenancy.
