CRE Consultants Awarded Exclusive Tenant Representation

Brokers with CRE Consultants have been awarded exclusive representation of the United States Postal Service (USPS) in Southwest Florida.

The team, consisting of CRE founding partner Randal Mercer, Brandon Stoneburner and Nicole Dahlberg, specializes in landlord and tenant representation. They are partnering with JLL Denver to execute all required lease renewals, subsequent relocations and strategic acquisitions in underserved neighborhoods within the four-county region.

The USPS currently operates approximately 40 strategic locations in Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Hendry counties. Since 2015, Mercer and his team have executed 136 leases totaling 503,000sf within those four counties.
