CRE Consultants Expands Staff With Two New Hires

CRE Consultants recently welcomed two new staff members.

Michael Mahan has been named an associate, bringing with him almost 15 years in the commercial real estate market as a multimillion-dollar producer. At CRE, he will service the retail sector, primarily focusing on Collier County.

Most recently, Mahan was director of retail for Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers. Prior to that, he managed the State of Georgia’s commercial lease portfolio and was a top producer at a number of private retail REITs. He also ran his own commercial brokerage in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mahan earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ball State University in Indiana and served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.

CRE’s other new hire is Vennitta Campbell, an accountant in the property management division.

Campbell has more than 20 years of accounting and financial analytics experience. At CRE, her accounting responsibilities include financial reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax reporting and rent collection on behalf of CRE’s managed properties.
