CRE Consultants Sells Investment Property in Bonita Springs

Tamiami Investments has purchased Beachway Professional Center, a Class A office building at 3301 Bonita Beach Road S.W. in Bonita Springs. The transaction was valued at $14,360,000.

The 61,702sf building is strategically positioned on Bonita Beach Road, just west of the U.S. 41 intersection, and was 100% occupied at the time of the sale. The notable tenant roster includes Edward Jones, TransAmerica and others.

The transaction was facilitated by Dave Wallace, CCIM, SIOR, and David Wallace of CRE Consultants, who represented the seller. Rainer Filthaut, of International Realty Corp., represented the buyer. Dave and David Wallace will continue to handle leasing at the property.
