NaplesPR, LLC has purchased Palisades Park, located at 6801- 6831 Palisades Park Court in Fort Myers, from Palisades Medical Properties, LP for $6.2 million.
Randal Mercer and Brandon Stoneburner of CRE Consultants represented the seller, and W.T. Pearson of Pearson Real Estate Services, LLC represented the buyer.
Palisades Park is a 43,200sf campus-style office complex situated on 5.17 acres on International Drive, just west of Six Mile Cypress Parkway, and south of Daniels Parkway. The park’s investment appeal was enhanced by its prominent south Fort Myers location, ideally-positioned near community amenities, transportation routes, and recreational attractions.
At the time of sale, Palisade Park’s four buildings were fully stabilized with an overall occupancy of 97%.
