CRE Expands Staff By Three

Over the summer, CRE Consultants reported several new hires.
•Dane Eagle has joined the firm as a broker associate, focusing on commercial office, retail and land in the Cape Coral submarket. He boasts more than 15 years of experience in the local real estate market and represented more than $5.2 million in sales and leases as an independent agent in 2016.
Eagle is also politically active. Since 2012, he has represented the 77th District in the Florida House of Representatives and is the former deputy chief of staff for Gov. Charlie Crist. He holds an associate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) and a B.A. in economics and a minor in business administration from the University of Florida.
•Kelly Cerino has been named real estate manager. Based in Naples, she handles a portfolio of 11 properties.
Cerino has 13 years of professional experience in commercial and residential lease negotiations, accounts payable/accounts receivable and bookkeeping. She is a Florida-licensed CAM and holds an active Florida real estate license. Cerino earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration from FGCU.
• J a m e s Wa l l s was named to CRE partner Stan Stouder’s industrial team. Walls specializes in selling, leasing and developing industrial and flex properties throughout Southwest Florida. His six-plus years of commercial experience include a position as the industrial research coordinator for CBRE in Tampa. He graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in history.
